What happens to what you send us

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address and your message. There is no account, no login and nothing you have to sign up for.

Where it goes

The form is handled by FormSubmit, at formsubmit.co, which takes your submission and forwards it to Jess’s inbox. Your details pass through their servers on the way, so their own terms cover that leg of the trip. We use what you send to read and reply to you, and to do any work we go on to agree.

If you book a call, that runs through a separate scheduling tool at book.jesstresidder.com, which collects whatever you enter there under its own terms.

What this site does not do

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising trackers and no session recording. It loads nothing from anywhere else at all, which is unusual and deliberate: the fonts, the images and the code are all served from this domain, so no third party sees that you visited. That is also why there is no cookie banner. There is nothing to consent to.

We will not add you to a mailing list unless you ask. We will not sell or trade your details, and we will not pass them to anyone beyond what is needed to reply to you or deliver work you have asked for.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in the email inbox. If nothing comes of it, that is where it stays and nothing else happens with it. Records tied to work we do together are kept as long as we need them for tax and business purposes.

Asking for it back

Email hello@jesstresidder.com and ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. No form to fill in, just ask.
